It looks like the Corgi Toys logo/mascot,
it's made from a dense, white PVC-rubber, like a lot of Corgi's die-cast
accessory figure production, and it's large, almost Action Man compatible, yes,
it's a chunk!
My suspicion is some sort of show display or retail sales-unit
finial, but there's no sign of glue or other fixing, so it may just be a
dolls house accessory or some generic toy animal. There are no marks of any
kind, so it's a bit of a mystery!
