Pretty sure these are French (They came from France) and might be Alkastap or Alca/Al-Ca Capell (?), but with no other clues I'll tag ...

Or at least they were packed and branded as Alkastap in one of their un-marked iterations, they were probably actually made by Injecta Plas...
