Q is for Question Time - Unknown Plastic Truck

 Can anyone help ID this to a maker;


It's unmarked, about 1:50 or 1:64th, and I'm hoping someone may know it local to their territory - US, Canada, Australia . . . to work out who may have carried it or imported it here, or indeed, where it came from?
