This game was also on show at Toy fair
2020, but was a mock-up; ready for production, it was hoping for orders before
the print-run rolls (games are published, toys are manufactured, it's one of
those industry 'things'), but it has some lovely figures!
Warcradle
Studio's
present Bill & Ted's Riff in
Time, which is a very similar mechanism to the game we just looked at
(previous post) from Tactic (15 Minutes to Self Destruct), in that Bill and Ted
have to rush round the board closing-down the little clock/dials to halt the
riff in time and get everything back to normal!
Unlike the unfortunate crew of the SS
Nebula, who only had each other to help as a quadripartite, our two
hero's here have various people from History (or 'time') to help them in their
quest, they also have as long as it takes (I think), or certainly longer than
the quarter-of-an-hour over at Tactic!
Figures include the European artillery
corporal who caused all those problems around the turn of the nineteenth
century, a Mongol war-lord with a bit of a temper, Beethoven (with an
electronic piano-violin) and others.
Cards and dice, interactive board, Bill
& Ted, what's not to like? I hope it goes into production!
