We'll start with a close-up of the swing
vignette from the end of the delayed 2017 post earlier this morning. These are
all so well painted and I love the birch-bark on the fence - an idea for gamers
looking to paint their trees differently?
Seen last year, but new dress and bow tie,
and the balloons are different!
Third outing see pastels replace the
alternate green/red combo's of previous years!
From the other side this year; Lamby's looking
forward to his eggs, but you can still send them to me!
Both seen before, but they never seem to
use the same ones twice, this tree has green leaves absent from the other
blossomed one and the decorator is all new colours.
Ah! There's hedgehog, I was beginning to
thing he was still hibernating! Another of my favourites as there is just so
much detail packed into the engraving and it's all so beautifully painted.
Heh-hay! The old favourite is concentrating
on his urgent deliver again! All new colours.
This is new, delightful may-pole dance . .
. with eggy-ropes, they're gonna' get tangled, especially with those birds
doing their own thing with two other ropes! I left the iconic NY taxi-cab in
the reflection!
No eggs! And the barrow apparently from the Airfix Waterloo Accessory Set!
As always; a huge thanks to Brian for
sending these to the blog, and getting such good shots through the store
windows. If these don't peak your appreciation of Nuremburg or Kulmbach flats,
nothing will - except some liveried knights maybe; you Philistine!
Happy Easter 2019 everyone!
