Currently in TKMaxx and manufactured by Tai
Sang's 'Redbox', the figures are
a bit big and 'mere' action-figures but the ship is perfect for a small man-o'war
and would suit 54mm figures as the Poundworld
one last year was better suited to smaller scales, quite the Navy! Although
this is a larger vessel still, and I didn't get to play with it, so don’t know
what the electronic . . . oh! It's written on the box!
Another angle, the steps are out of scale
and a bit steep, but you'd get a good complement of crew on the deck and
officers on the quarter-deck. It's more Playmobil
than last year's, and would need some work, but if you are interested it's
around, now; 20-quid!
Also in TKMaxx,
another pirate! Although this one only gets seen at Christmas, lives in a tree
and has the look of that dopey dog (Droopy?) from Hanna Barbera!
